Remarks
The college is very good in terms of academics and also allows for the performing in other extracurricular activities. It refreshes the minds of students. It is the best college in Kerala in my opinion.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty much good and is normal to other engineering colleges present in the state. The course duration will be four years and where 8 semester examinations will be conducted for your evaluation in the course.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities of this college is so good. Almost 99% of the students gets placed in different companies. Various companies like TCS, KALKITECH, SUNTEC, MRF, QUEST, EY, DEXLOCK, FEDERAL BANK, etc., recruit students with a maximum package ranging from 5-6LPA.
College Events
There are several events conducted in the college. Students are formed into different clubs and have their own responsibilities. Each club conducts its own events sometimes there are participation and competition between clubs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for this college is of two types: government seat and management seat. My fees per year was 8000 INR per year, but my friends who came through management quota paid 1,00,000INR per year. The government seats are feasible but the management is quite expenisive.
Campus Life
There are many extracurricular activities in this college as well. There are sports activities conducted each year to encourage students physical fitness. Also there are various awareness campaigns and cells allocated for intellectual property rights (IPR), women empowerment cell and Employability skill development cells. They train the students to perform well in all aspects.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted hostels. The hostel rentals are minimal. They provide all the necessary requirements needed by a student. The infrastructure and other facilities like rooms and water connection are good.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are one among us. Does not rag or discriminate us in the attitude of seniors. They are friendly enough to share their experiences. The alumni network of this college is very huge and many alumni fund for various equipments present in the college. They help us to grow in our subject line.
Admission
I got my admission in this college through Kerala government counselling. After 12th completion, my applied for seats in government colleges in Kerala counselling process and found this college worth than others which where in the list for my marks. That's how I was admitted to the college.
Faculty
The faculties are very good here in this college. They are well trained and educated. They teach all the subjects so well and only leave us after we nod that the concept is clear. They make sure we learnt properly.
