My journey in MMYVV

Course curriculum follows UGC guidelines. We follow the semester system in our college. BA is a three-year program, and we have a total of 6 semesters. In each semester monthly tests are conducted. It is quite hectic as we have to give 75 per cent attendance in college.

Placement rate is not so high. Only a few companies visit our campus for recruitment. But the teachers train us so well that we are capable of finding a good job. Many students got selected in private firms. Some of the students opted for higher studies.

The fee structure is very much affordable as it is a government institute. BA is a three-year program. It is a full-time course. The total fee for BA is INR 15,050. The fee includes almost all expenses that include tuition fee, library fee and sports fee.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of a students life. We all need a break from books. MMYVV ensures the overall development of students. Several sports activities are organized on a daily basis. The well-equipped gym is allotted to students. Several workshop and seminars are conducted to address discrimination, racism and other political issues.

Hostel facility is up to mark. The hostel is built for both boys and girls. It can accommodate almost 500 students. All the necessary items are provided to students and mess serves tasty and good quality food.

The admission procedure is easy. For the undergraduate course, you need to have more than 60 per cent of marks in 10th and 12th board examination. After that, an entrance exam is conducted online, and on the basis of cutoff, one is selected.

The staff is here is remarkable and our college focuses on a strong relationship between the students and the teachers. The faculty of our college is highly qualified and have a great understanding of their subjects. They are very humble and helpful. They mentor us so well and focus on each and every student.
