Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of JNCU is okay. It is much like other universities in the country and the university has done a good job of including all relevant subjects. The exams are conducted in a timely manner and results are announced on time. There is enough exposure to research and research methodology.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are very less. We have to look for placements on our own. The professors do provide ample guidance, however, and are always ready to solve any queries we might have regarding our job hunts. or our CV's.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite low and affordable for many people. The fee for the first and second year comes to around 20,000 rupees. The fees has to be paid in the college itself and is an easy process overall.
Campus Life
There are several extracurricular activities within the college itself. Several students unions are active and they are always accept new people. The college is very inclusive when it comes to accepting people but many people are a little conservative in nature.
Admission
There is an entrance exam for all the master's courses. The syllabus will consist of the relevant specialization that will be chosen by you for your masters, like English, Commerce, etc. There will be 100 objective type questions. There is an online application form to fill as well.
Faculty
On Average, the faculty is quite good. The professors have all at least cleared NET or SET examinations and most of them have PhD's or are doing their PhD's. Many of the professors in JNCU have been teaching for several decades now.
