Course Curriculum Overview
PHDs are supposed to e difficult, as such while getting into the course for its toughness. However, our teachers were skilled enough to make it easy for us. Their practical way of teaching made graduating the course easier for us.
Placement Experience
Placements opportunities are plenty but not all of the students got placed. However, the ones that did got placed got packages ranging from 15,000 to 45000. The institution provides students with the opportunity of a job nut it depends on the student's calibre equally.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees year wise is approximately Rs 20,000 and the entire cost will be Rs 62,780 for the three years of the course. Personally, I think the fee structure is quite affordable and allows quality education at affordable prices.
Campus Life
PHD is extremely stressful and as such the management encourages students to take part in sports activities to easy off some of that stress and anxiety. The institute also provides qualified physical educators to guide students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is extremely well designed and caters to the needs of students. There are hostels for both boys and girls, and these hostels are self sufficient with their own mess. Hostels also provide us internet facilities beyond working hours.
Admission
I had to first meet the criterias for applying for a Master's Engineering program. I had to produce my Bachelors Degree which stated that I had an scored more than 60% in total. I also had to produce documents verifying that I had at least an year's experience in industry. Following that, I called for a written and oral(personality interview). I was also evaluated on the basis of my GATE score following which, I had to wait for name in the final merit list.
Faculty
The faculty provides a student friendly environment which helped in incorporating innovation in my work. Along with giving theoretical knowledge they also gave us practical knowledge helping me in improving my skills and getting me ready for the industry.
