Remarks

I chose this university because i always had to desire to graduate from a university that restricts any kind of political fights or smoking and drinking etc. SSU is always situated in a valley kind of area which really enhances our aesthetic pleasure. Along with that the university claims very good professors. The atmosphere is one of a kind with huge conceptual and research tact kind of studying. I was really excited after seeing the university website 1 year back after i completed my 12th and that day itself I fill up the admission form through the website forum.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because i was highly interested in studying physics and research and know in details how every particle in our universe works and what other phenomenon keeps the system alive. Our university has almost 1:3 faculty student ratio . Every student in the department gets the exposure and help whenever they need. All the faculties are IIT passed outs and showcase conceptual and practicals methods to understand subject matter and work them out practically also. The faculty also encourages students to participate in various online programs. The term exams were particularly on before the pandemic when everything was normal and it was easy to pass them.

Internships Opportunities

4

The university professors take the responsibility and suggest internships to their department students. Even the college sometimes offers internships or suggests us linked companies which are in need for interns and are looking the university students. I have not yet done any internship offered by my college.

Placement Experience

3.5

The students in the last year of their graduation or post graduation are allowed for campus placements. I do not have the particular name of companies that visited but they were many. They made lavishing offer to students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees aren't hiked unnecessarily until this kind of pandemic occurs or any natural disaster occurs where the college management completely are devoid of money and they hike the cost. I study in the university with paying almost 90000 rs per semester, the tuition fees along with hostel and fooding. I am enrolled in no scholarship or financial assistance or job on campus through stipend.

Campus Life

5

The university organizes annual fest mostly in January every year . It is called the ORION named after the constellation that shines most bright in the month of january. The library is eye catching because it consists of numerous amount of books of different varieties stacked neatly in different cases which makes it even easy for students to find any book . Classrooms are huge and neat and consists all high quality amenities. The annual fest along with sports fest and all the event organised on special occasions are held by students only including holi, diwali, ganesh puja, navratri celebrations etc while bonfires adds as cherry to the cake.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel is clean as u like. The post graduation students are given 1 room for 2 people while the undergraduate students accommodate 3 people in 1 room. Every person in the room has his/her own cupboard and bed. The hostel provides attach bathrooms in the new hostels. It is under 24/7 cc tv surveillance. All the details for registration in hostel or mess are provided directly in the university website.
