Remarks

Actually I got this college because of my rank in ECE which is 526 branch rank. And I chose this college because my tutor told me this college is very good in teaching both theory and practical. After I joined the college I saw some of the bad things which are the lift is very small and the the theory teaching is not as good as expected but still works. In good things practical sessions are quite good and there are so much machines to learn about and there is a very big parking lot for students so there won't be any problem in parking. That's pretty much it about the college because I just got here a year ago in which I spent 6 months in lock-down for covid.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose mechanical engineering course because I had a thing for machines and stuff since I was a child . The faculty of my college is very good, Well educated and and explains the subject very nicely and there is 1 faculty member for over 50 students . The exams was not that difficult to pass since the faculty taught us very well

Class Size: 60

Placement Experience

I heard there is no placement after the course so we probably have to find the jobs our selves but I don't that would be that difficult because I think faculty will help us by finding the placement by using their links

Fees and Financial Aid

I got the scholarship from the government because I got the decent rank in the entrance exam so I didn't had to pay the fee but the fee for non scholarship students was 60k per year

Campus Life

The don't know about the fest and stuff because I don't like it so I avoid it the most. The books in the library are not updated but will do the work. For sports there is mostly cricket. Whatsapp groups are made for the students by the students to share the information regarding college

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

My College

There were 2 other colleges i applied to 1.Lords 2.MJ and i got confirmed admission from Lords college, but i choosed this college because this college is populer for engineering and it was near to my house. I got rejected from MJ college due to its higher cutoff marks. The admissin will be done through counselling and management. Students prefer EMCET exam and it is elidible for B.E course. The cutoff Ranks are 65000-75000 and overall admission experience was good and worthy...Read More
