If you take seriously you will be having good learning otherwise you can enjoy the college life wither one you will get. The fees is not waste of money for this college.

GSAT, is the wntrance exam for GITAM University. My college HBS constitution of GITAM university. I got 55/100 that is top mark for that day exam. But no need to writ any exam to join in GITAM. Fees is same for all even though you write exam or not. I paid 5, 50, 000 in 3 installments. And hostel deposit 25000 on the spot.

Its a Trimister process. Every 3 month is a part. Total 80 subjects aproximatly for 18 months. After 3 rd and 5th trimisters project work . 1st project 2 month duration and 2nd project 3 minth duration. Which are live projects. College helps us for internship. But, cant assure of good company and good knowledge for every one. Gitam fallows grade process where it plays magic in toppers life alot(i'm totally againest to CGPA process).

College helps in getting intership. Students also can find on their own. College through internship not assured as good company and good knowledge. And comes to stipendonly for some lucky people. Lucky in the scence not in 10k r 20k its just 5k thats it.

Gitam is good for B-tech not for MBA. Placement in HBS is very weak. Only the people heigh in communication or who have contacts will fet job easily. It is not for the students who works hard for their career who came from low class or middle class.

Gitam speciality is it has a brand name. A gitamite can recognise by everyone in INDIA . If compars the fame snd fees its reasonabld pay for me that time it is 5.5L . Now it might be 7.5L . But, at the end placemrbt matters. By comparing that 5.5 is waste of money for HBS.There are branches for GITAM Vizag, Hyderabad and recently opened a branch in Banglore. In all Vizag branch is very good and placements also, fees also high there , on that only i heard like 8L totally .I dont know about Banglore branch.

I think no scolorship available in college. I dint heard anything like that in my college time. Why i'm saying confidently means my friend he is BC and gold medalist, he dint got any scholorship.

College envi is very energytic and competitive . In last question i mention everything about clubs and competitions . Please verify that. We can see party environment for every event. College events myst will gave DJ at the end which id more energitic dance with friends.

Spacies near beds and cupbords apart of that nothing will good. Locatlity looks wisd its good but its at ourscurts in middle of fileds so, creature bits are commen for students. Hostel food is not barable. No food stalls will be avaikable around hostel. No bakery shop in hostel.why i'm talking about bakery in hostel is college is in ourscurts night time nothing will available so itz better if they keep a stall in hostel , it helps students alot. Laundry will be there but not includes in hoatel fee we need to pay extra for that. That too laundry wont cleans the ckothes neatly sometime causes akin dieses. So better stay out side ina room and do up and down daily (consider the distance. If u r okay with distance then only consider my advice).

Yeah college keeps the alumni network. Conduct some events for alumni meets.College uses sociel network alot like gmail and facebook and whatsapp. Faculty shares everything through gmail. Students pkans everything , by keeping in touch in facebook and whats app. Every team shares evrything in fb only.every batch will be having seperate page in fb.and joined page with seniors and juniors.

Trimister exam structur as i told you before. Every trimister 8 subjects. With these internal marks will be evaluated on assaignments, presentations, projects, reports. Each subject carys evrything for evaluation. Like 3 presentations on each subject 1 report 1 project and depending on subject other activities involves like reasearch and B-presentation. Simply my class strength is 80 divided in 8 groups . Each group need to give 24 presentations, 2 internal exams, 8 projects and 8 reports and at the end final exams.(With this stuents need to organise an event for every trimier like coloseaum, college day, freshers day, farewell, teachers day, independence)

Faculty for name sake. Study is for money sake. Faculty give priority on students participation in different activities not on theoritical study. Books study only for aome part like pass mark. They mostly gives priority to the people who are rich are very populer in that batch. They only get good marks. Industry expertts will come as faculty for some sujects that will be very helpful for the students. And guest lecturers. When Some VIP visits the college welcome cermoni event and thanks giving everything will be done by students which will be a good learning for students.
