Our college is working under Kerala university here they conduct semester system 2 exams in a year and also college conduct class test internals, viva, project, seminar, assignments etc. This exam system is not relevant because students not get much time for preparing exams.

After higher secondary education I planned to join B.Com. I got my admission by merit at government college nedumangad.

College Events

Every year our college conduct verity of programme. Arts day / sports day / college day/ cultural day etc. These programs are conducted by college union each year. These programs are not for 1 day it will last for atleast 1 week time. Also we conduct science exhibitions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Government college, so there is no higher fee for students, most of the students are coming from backward family. Government also provide scholarship for students it is very helpful to many of students. Only general category students wants to pay semester exam fee's but that's not higher charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I got some scholarship from college. Merit scholarship, e Grant's are main scholarships. Most of the students getting one or more scholarships.

Campus Life

Government college nedumangad is a commen college but most of the students are girls. Our college contact each and every year arts festival sports festival and science festivals. Most students are in bsc department. We have departments. B. com, ba history, ba malayalam, bsc maths, pca.

Hostel Facilities

In our college hostel facility is not available most of the students are coming from there home, others are staying in university hostel there is a charge for university hostel, it's around 2000rs.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful. Seniors provide there notes and texts to juniors and also clearing academic doubt.

Admission

I got admission from university allotment July 2017. After my higher secondary education I decided to join bcom under kerala university I complete my higher secondary with 87% mark. Applied to b com. I got my admission from merit allotment at government college nedumangad.

Faculty

Ba Bcom Ma Mcom Bsc Also our college have nss units and additional skill accusation programme. Many of clubs in out college Nature club, science club, cinemakal club Located in a very beautiful locality actually its in a mountain. We are good in sports also.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.
