Overall my college is good enough to take admission for this course but somehow there are little things that should upgrade.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is according to SPPU. Exams structure is pretty good exams of this course is based on semester pattern this course is a 3yr course with six semester. I think the knowledge provided is pretty good and the industrial knowledge is also somehow better than many colleges. Also the placements of this college is average.
Placement Experience
There are many companies that vist our campus like Barclays Technology Centre India (BTCI),Cognizant, Infosys,etc
College Events
There are many events but the most famous and biggest is karandak it's the biggest event celebrated all over the campus of Sinhgad colleges there are also events like carnival, bollywood day, traditional day, sports day etc allover the functions and events are pretty good and culture activities are also held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is average. For bsc cs fy approximately the fee is 50000 for Maharashtrian and 770000 for non-maharashtrian for sy and ty it's about 740000 for non-maharashtrian. This is for six semesters. Allover the fee is average comparing to other colleges
Fees and Financial Aid
No college did not offer any scholarship. Also I have not applied for any education loan but there should be scholarship opportunities.
Campus Life
Campus Life is best according to me if a student study well on time there will be time remaining for playing,fun making etc. the gender ratio is 60:40 m:f. There are many extracurricular activities and sports activities held,l. Labs are good,debate competition sometimes.
Hostel Facilities
No, we are four students from other city and we are PG'g and opted 1bhk as its rent is less than that of hostel. Hostel costs alot. 1bhk costs near about 7 to 8 thousand per month and that is about 70 to 80 thousands of 10 months.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors are supporting they are best according to me they talk to us lovingly and solve our many queries.
Admission
There was an entrance exam and I passed it then there was an interview with teacher and then to fill admission form. I have choosen this course because I am interested in the field of computer science and insight of this college is average upto my openion.
Faculty
Faculty of the College is experienced and they have complete knowledge about the relevant topic. Approximately there are about 60 to 70 lactures on one subject in one semester. Faculty clears approx every doubt of every student. More the faculty had a PhD in their subjects and caste knowledge and experience.
