Remarks

All I can say is - if you want to pursue your career in a good direction than please don't opt any course in sanskriti university because after coming here you will only regret about your choice.

Course Curriculum Overview

0.5

Course curriculum and exam structure is not so good. The quality of education they offer is quite poor. If I am talking about my course it was thoroughly research-driven but they don't have any appropriate lab or lab equipments. I cant say that the learning imparted by them was very fair neither the curriculum nor prescribed syllabus was appropriate for growth of students. In the name of exams you only have to fill the answer sheet. Exams were just to promote you to the next semester they have nothing to do with your subject knowledge. Also campus placements were not so good the packages offered to the students were very low because there was no campus hiring for well reputed companies. There were few industrial visits organised for students as the university staff is not so interested in imparting practical knowledge to students.

Placement Experience

1

Placements offered by the college were not too good the packages offered to students were quite low. If I am talking about internships so there are no internship programmes offered by college itself but students of 5'th semester have to complete their 2 or 3 months internship from whichever company they want to. As per mentioned by the university the companies visited for hiring are - Pepsi, hcl, maruti, Alibaba, flipkart etc. But frankly speaking there was no such visits by these companies. Number of placed students is not so high around 20 % or 30% of the total number of students got placed. No special steps were taken by institution to prepare students for placement season.

College Events

0.5

The major event celebrated by the college is "Sparx" it is a kind of annual fest which is open for students of other universities or colleges too. There are no separate technical, Cultural, management festivals all gathered in one event I.e sparx. Last year it was organised at a good level there was a visit by Himesh Reshamiya as guest of honour.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Accordingly with the quality of education given by my college fee structure was quite expensive because there were no subject knowledge imparted to the students. But if I compare with the fee structure of other colleges it was quite feasible. Total fee of my program was approximately 1.5 lac they accept fee in cash or you can deposit the amount either by cheque or digital payments. In order to secure an admission one just have to pay security amount which is refundable according to university norms.

Fees and Financial Aid

I opted neither for any education loan nor for scholarships. And there are no such kind of scholarships offered by college, but one can apply to the scholarship offerd by state governments.

Campus Life

2

Ambience of the college was very poor it was occupied by students who were not at all interested in studies but to college just for fun. There was no such things like extracurricular because administration found it not so important. Once a year a sports meet is organised by the college in which students as well as teachers can participate.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No I didnt opt for hostel. But through many friends I came to know about hostel ambience, the rooms were quite spacious. Usually the rooms are offered to students in sharing but if one wants to avail single room then they have to pay some additional charges. According to students facilities provided in hostel were nice.

Alumni/Alumna

I cant say much about the seniors of other courses but my seniors were very genuine and helpful they tried to help us in every possible way.

Admission

I got to know about sanskriti university from newspaper columns where the courses offered by them were mentioned. As I wanted to explore career opportunities in biotechnology field I took admission in that university. If I am talking about admission procedure so it's not all very hectic because they offer direct admissions means you dont need to wait neither for any merit list nor for any entrance exam. New intakes are usually started form June last week till August or September. You have to pay some extra charges if you are taking admission after due dates. Steps you have to follow during admission procedure are as follows:- 1. You have to register yourself either at the website of sanskriti uni or by directly visiting the campus. 2. You have to submit application form where all your essential details will be asked. 3. Now you have to submit your various documents like transfer certificate, character certificate, Xerox of 10 & 12 marksheet or if you are looking for admission in masters course than your graduation marksheet and degree will also be required, some passport size photographs, I'd proof like adhaar card, voter I'd card etc. 4. After completing all the written formalities one needs to deposit security fees which is approximately 5000 alongwith atleast one semester fee. After going through all the above mentioned steps you will be finally admitted to your desirable course.

Faculty

1.5

Faculty of college was not up to the mark they hired those teachers who didn't had any subject knowledge. They were only interested in providing handouts to the students, and this was not only the condition of my course but of every course offered by the university. During first semester accordingly with number of subjects we got 8 lecturers, of average age 26 to 32, all have specialization in their own field. There were only a number of teachers who provided good quality of teaching rest had no knowledge about the subject they were teaching, there were some teachers who asked the students to teach particular topic on their behalf. Yes there were some lecturers who hold industrial experience and certifications but more than these kind of teachers there were teachers lack of any industrial experience or certification.

Uhmm like they complete their syllabus on time. They have given a specific amount of classes to complete the course but if all the classes are completed and syllabus is not done than they take extra classes that too in the morning which is very bad.
