An Mediocre B- School

The college is a mediocre college as I mentioned above. The placement process is also good as their is a separate Corporate engagement team set up on campus. PlaceComm.

Course Structure is good, exposure to the modern-day situation is taken into account while teaching. Teaching pedagogy includes live situations, case studies, Q&A with the faculty as a general discussion. With respect to the placement of SIP or Final year. GDS and personal interviews are also conducted with the faculty to give an experience about the real interviews.

The placement last year was 4-5L P.A. This year we are expecting that to increase. The PlaceComm which handled by faculties and also by some students work on getting new companies Onboard.

There are a couple of events which are done. Along with guest lectures and Nonbusiness related sessions like Stress Management, Intellectual property rights, and others. There are also some guests which are called to provide lectures on the management aspect from abroad. The Infrastructure of the college is fantastic the classroom etc.

The program fee for the year 2019-2021 is around 3.6 lakhs. Some additional subjects which are not part of University curriculum but are taught at SRBS are charged apart from the above-mentioned fees. Along with the charges of Accommodation (If traveling from outside Mumbai to leave in Mumbai) and also the charges for the Blazers are to be born by the student which are not in the above-mentioned amount.

Scholarships are available through the Maharashtra government, and Mbai University it is generally based on the Annual family earnings. It should be below 7.5 - 8 lakhs (students' family Annual Earning) in order to apply for the scholarship. As of now, I cannot remember the exact amount to be deferred from the fees as a scholarship but I guess it will be around 50 % please. check the Mumbai University site for details of the scholarship. The above mentioned is by a guess.

The college infrastructure is fantastic, all the classrooms are A/C. And do have Big LED monitor for the faculty to teach students. There is also a cafeteria on the ground level, common rooms for Boys and Girls. With indoor games. The college does not accept any illicit activities. Infact during the admission, the college gets an underwriting signed for Strict action if behave wrong by the students with anyone whether it be the staff or the fellow students.

No, I have not opted for a hostel as I live near to the college. But in conversation with some of my fellow friends who have come here from outside Mumbai for studying, they stated the hostel charges around the college is approximately 15-30 thousand based on locality and number of occupancy.

The alumni network is not that big but it should be around 500-600 students which you can connect during alumni meet-ups.

The admission process is based on MH-CET (MMS) based on the merit list the college is awarded. The university every year allows the students to the college based on the marks they have scored. The rank of the college can change every year and as the students get the admission frozen the seats of the college are filled or allotted to them.

The faculty is well experienced and also qualified from a reputed institution. They provide proper examples while staying topics also provide real-life cases with subject to the topics. And provide consultation to students in respect to studies nicely.
