Remarks

Overall, the college can be considered as good for the one who isn't a travelling person. About academic and placement the college is average.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is given by Mumbai University, same goes for exam structure. It's not much relevant because the syllabus is far behind from the current trends and technology. As a professional, its just that we get placed (70% of the students) with an average salary of 3L-4L per anum.

Placement Experience

3.5

Mass recruiters including Infosys visits our college for placement. Yes, internship contacts are provided by them in every semester break.

College Events

4

The cultural fest namely ZEAL is the largest fest within the region of Boisar to Borivali; The footfall is approximately 5000. Also, VNPS ie the national level project showcase is the technical event organized by our college. We get participation from maximum colleges from Virar to Churchgate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For 2017, the fee structure was 95,000 for First Year; but now its increased. Mode of payment is either through DD or online modes are available. NO, as far as I remember, there was no-donation system. Yes, the college does provide transparency if an issues faced by students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Government scholarship schemes are provided by the college for the students who got admission through CAP round rather than institutional. Students have to fill the form including personal and academic details and submit the form.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is good including all cultural, technical events, There's a sports fest also for a span of 15 days every year. There are various committees that organize donation camps, quiz competitions, debates, magazine photo-shoot, and many others. They are good to be said.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, there's a function organized every year namely Alumni Meet. Talking about seniors, being in different committees helps a lot to get along with your seniors and helps in every prospect. They are like mentors always helping in both academic and non-academic things.

Admission

I got admission through MHCET. The admission was through CAP round in the month of May-June. Once I got VCET college in my cap round list, through ARC which was in Andheri. After that, I went to this college and my document verification and submission was done. Payment through DD was required. Lastly, Principal Sir confirmed the admission and I got my ID card.

Faculty

3

I have 8-10 teaching faculties with an average age of 35 years and qualification is PhD or ME. Talking about expertise, few of them are good at giving theoretical clarity but not all. Certifications, yes some of them maybe but not industry-experience.

Remarks:

he placements were pretty well. There were many students who were placed in MNCs. Most of the companies were IT based companies. Amongst all, only 1 core electronics company came to our college for recruitments. The highest package was around 4 LAP. Our college also provides opportunities for other off-campus drives which took place nearer to Solapur. The companies that came to the campus were mainly MNCs providing an average package of 2.5 LPA which is pretty well for a fresher graduated from a non-government college
