Remarks

Because it's a government college and have good staff which help you to clear all the doubts regarding your studies and career. For continually 2 years college is ranked no.1 college in India by NAAC GRADE. It provides best facility to students regarding hostels and study. Surrounding areas is also polite area.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is uploaded on college/university's website. In my course they provide us land for cultivation of crops such as vegetables, flower, etc. We trained to do training/pruning of plants. They told us how to grow organic crop with maximum yields.

Class Size: 115Course Fees: INR 37647 per year

Placement Experience

In this year students from cs,ece got chance from on campusing in tcs,wipro, cognizant, Infosys etc one of my senior also placed in intel and don't have such information about off campusing whereas in core some of my senior get placement in Hitachi, icici bank, and many more are in search of job as bcz they are currently in 8sem till now and full information about placements is yet to come many of my senior from core branch have also cracked gate exam with good rank.

There are different cultural activities performed in my college such as Dhiyan, holi, Rangooli competition etc. They organise many events and competition's such Flower house competition, waste material competition, science competition, Innovative technology making competition etc.

Campus Life

Campus area is very large. It includes many gardens and each department has its own buildings. The main building is actually the house of king of Patiala. There many grounds which are seperated for sports such as basketball, football, cricket and swimming pool is also there where Swimming is taught.

Pros and Cons of LPU

Placement Experience:

In our course in bsc agriculture the placement is not that much that much good but in other courses like B.tech CSE in that courses there are the very high placements one of our senior get 2.5 CR package from LPU and one of our senior also get 3 crore package this is highest package and the average package of B.tech CSE is 5 to 10 lakh If the campus is not offering placement to me I will go for government exams or going for entrepreneurship also offers good package but not that much good the bsc agriculture sector wants needs more improve improvement in placement cell yeah that's all but if a person wants to do semester exchange also in foreign countries so over University will also provide some guidance to him and they will support the students to go for an exchange for foreign semester exchange programs and there are two many things also

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Life in PAU

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.
