Course curriculum is always updated and is more based on practical approach, The college itself provides the industrial exposure to students time to time recently before corona we visited coco-cola factory in February. The faculties are quite better in knowledge and teachers in a very simple manner and even responds to doubts even at midnight through phones. They even have quite good qualification. some good teachers are Niranjan Mishra, Anita Pritam, Biswajit samantary(teaches chemistry to 1st year)etc

Extracurricular activities include XTASY (culture fest), perception ( technical fest)which both occurred here. This year Gajendra Verma came in XTASY and even lots of other local stars had come Even engineers cup has held this year in CET

Fees and Financial Aid

CET merit scholarship offers 10,000 rupees to top 10 per cent of students in each branch of each year But the student must have a bank account in syndicate bank at the college premises. They gave it in 1 phase after 3-4 months for applying of the cet merit scholarship The college also offers other scholarship like Pragya scholarship to students and lots of other scholarship.

Campus Life

There is the field for playing basketball, football, a small ground for cricket, tennis and badminton are also present. The college also had basketball, football and 3 cricket bats College offers free Wi-Fi to all Equipment in the lab are well updated all in better condition except a small error in PN junction diode kit in the physics lab. The library is normal size not huge but has a large amount of textbook and foreign author books

Placement Experience:

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple. I did apply for VSSUT Burla but could not clear the cutoff. Also i would like to add on this that i did a better job in choosing the seat here .
