The reason why I opted for this university might sound a little weird to some but it is the truth. I only decided to opt for it because my mother is one of the faculty members here and no I didn't use her approach and yes I got selected here on my merits. So, my mother being a faculty here helped me look at this institute from a different perspective as I had the access to the information that was not available on the internet and the education standard here were also pretty high here. Admission is on the basis of CAT exam scores followed by a basic round of counseling. The interview was a lengthy business but the management was pretty supportive throughout the entire admission and counseling process.
