Remarks

I choose hospitality sector because the skills and art is within the person unlike other professions to make them learn. Colleges only train hoteliers skills for bringing up the quality. I love the elite high class of hotels, i can't afford it but what's better to work with the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Ihm faridabad is the one of the best colleges for any student who wants to pursue their carrier in hospitality industry. The colleges focus on practical knowledge more than only books. The course is a professional course which brings out discipline, uniformity, skills, quality, uniforms, training etc. Teachers are very supportive either for academics or future. One of the best teacher currently in 2020 teaching housekeeping subject name - Mrs. Shweta ma'am is the key for your success. Just follow her guidelines and you'll be on the best list in hoteliers.

Internships Opportunities

I've done my industrial training with the taj hotel which is the part of semester syllabus of course. My hotel was vivanta by taj, Ambassador khan market. Stipend is changed with taj policies every year. Process will be done by college only, you will just have to give interview.

Placement Experience

4.5

We have industrial training for training and placements for job afterwards the course. At both the time placement are done 100% and also with good companies. In ny example I've done training with taj and i got job at Oberoi.

College Events

4.5

Recently Nchmct has focused alot on extracurricular activities in ihmites to enhance students skills and talents. Very often chief guest are welcome for various events. One of my favorite event was the entrepreneur event held by Mr. Sanjay yadav and his team where students can build their own startup at Institute at given particular time and day.

Campus Life

5

My campus has the huge big land unlike any other colleges. It has 4-5 grounds for any sport at free time. 2 buildings of classes with 2 floors each. Campus also has hotel like structure to teach students about hotel that is type of rooms, kitchens, restaurants, dining hall, reception, concierge, library, locker rooms, washrooms , classrooms etc.

The Placements at our college is quite impressive. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works tirelessly to ensure that each and every student should get their job. last year, our college achieved a placement percentage of over 95% , with many students, securing jobs in top Hotels and retails. The highest package that has been offered till now as 3,20,000 per annum and the average package is 2,60,000 per annum. After getting my degree, I will surely go to the Hotels and will showcase my skills and knowledges which will help me to grow as well as improve my abilities and skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty to student ratio was 1:6. There were 60 students in all and the total number of faculty was 10 for our UG course. If I include diplomas and other courses that were offered, the number of faculty was 30. They were all quite experienced as hiring teachers at IHM was tougher than hiring students.
