Remarks
There is a very good reputation of this university.It is one of the best University under ICAR.My college is located in our state capital so it would be helpful to prepare for various entrance and jobs.And I chose this agricultural engineering because I love more technical things.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus is quite good.in the first 2years we read the basics of engineering along with agriculture.in the 2nd two years we read our core subjects.We have 3-4 trainings during the course period.and we go for various field visits too.
Placement Experience
In my branch,We have reservations in bank for agricultural field officer post. Companies like Mahendra and Sonalika also come for recruitment. Some NGOs also come. One can do m.tech or Mba after b.tech.
College Events
Many festivals like Biswakarma puja,ganesh puja are celebrated in our college.We have cultural night program on Biswakarma puja.Besides that we have our annual functions before which many indoor and outdoor competition are held.
Campus Life
We have different labs for different branch like farm machinery,food engineering,soil and water conservation etc. We have a central library for all branches of Our University.Farm machinery department of our college is very developed.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are moderate. They are not so luxurious nor much bad.There are many hostels available.For girls there are 2hostel complexes.food in mess is of normal type.The surrounding is good.we can get anything at a little distance.
