Remarks

Vishakhapatnam has the been best place to study. The city has everything. ANITS is a reputated college in vizag. My friend suggested me to join it as his brother was also in the same colllege. the college has good student reviews.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am studying in Electronics and Communication Department as it is my interest. The teaching is good but here its slightly tilted towards exam based education. Here the curriculum is updated according to NBA standards regularly. Some teachers here encourage students towards reasearch,technical competitions etc

Placement Experience

I would rate the placements in my college 7 out 10 which is quite good. Most the students get placed in software companies except for a few who who choose sales and marketing oriented jobs. The highest package was 25lpa which was offered by amazon and only 2 students from CSE got recruited. The placement process is very hectic and stress full to almost all the students.

College Events

The campus is situated in a small area with small ground. Buildings of all Departments stay together. Students of sports background are not recommended to join here.There a club called YOU TOO CAN which is a platform for students to enhance themselves by exploring new things and executing various activities.

Campus Life

My college have all the basic equipment whether it may be classrooms, laboratories, sport center, gym and hostel. Wifi is not available for students but available for Faculty. All the living spaces are clean and are taken care with everyday cleaning. Renovation of the college is taking place these days. The college is going to be with its new look after its renovation.

Good infrastructure and good opportunities

Placement Experience:

From 5 semister students are eligible for placements. Total 115 companies are visited and 1300+ offers are provided for various sectors. Highest package was 60lpa and average package was 6lpa. Recently Infosys hired 24lpa for 4 students. 85% students are getting placements. My plans after degree is to be employed person

The placements In our college is good. From 6th sesemster, the students are eligible for placements and number of companies visited our campus including software and hardware. The avaerage package ranging from 4-7 and highest package for now is 50 LPA. Mostly 85 percent of the students got placed. College providing M.Tech falicities after B.Tech in college itself.

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester.companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro,Accenture, and Congnizant visit the campus regularly and offer jobs for software and support roles, the average package is around 3 to 5 lpa, while the highest package depends on the company and student skills. A good percentage of students get placed every year with proper training support from the placement cell. After completing my degree, i plan to get good software job and improve my technical skills further

I applied for other private colleges like Gayatri vidya parisad and Raghu Engineering College, but chose ANITS as it had better reputation, location near my hometown and good faculty for AI-ML.
