Remarks

RIT is best engineering which is autonomous also. The campus is located outside of Islampur city. Best quality education is here. Also affordable fees are there. College has best records in every field.

Course Curriculum Overview

As I know, the course curriculum designed by our college (Autonomous) is best. Which includes some extra part rather than theory studies. It contains project activities, ppt presentation to improve skills and many more activities are there which sharpen the students skills and make them ready for the best job opportunities. Faculties are highly educated and has good remarks in their studies.

RIT has made benchmark in Placement activity with highest count in 2019. 350+ students got their future job in many reputed companies like TCS, IBM, COGNIZANT, TECH MAHINDRA and rest of the students went for higher studies.

Campus life is totally mind blowing. Many socities who works under departmental activities arrange many Technical and non Technical events every year. Studenrs from other college also participates in our event.

Placement Experience:

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.
