Anonymous's Review On Birla Institute Of Technology - [BIT] Lalpur, Ranchi

Because BIT is a brand and every parents want that their kid must get a good life and for that I don't think BIT is a bad idea at all. BIT coming in top colleges of India and being located at our home land so what's better than that.? Also I opted the course of BBA because it's my dream to make most of what I can be and I guess I can be a good strategy planner or could do something in marketing and also if there's an option between xaviers and BIT I would have still chosen BIT as because BIT being a deemed university. And henceforth on my final certificate I won't have been mentioned xaviers but Ranchi university and also BIT has it's own standards.

The course syllabus is always updated with the new terms whichever is necessary on that field. I guess what BIT lacks is not giving any industrial exposure. We ain't studying in schools students studying in colleges will be soon graduated and then will go for jobs but if the college hasn't provided any such exposure how the student is going to know what all he/she is going to do. It's like they won't have any experience about anything and that's really something to be worried about. If we talk about faculties I guess that's the best thing the college has got. The faculties are highly knowledgeable about their respective subjects as well as subjects connected to it also they provide some extra knowledge if we ask them. Faculties are the real asset of BIT. Dr S A Haider Sir is really a good person who helps you out in any situation if he's capable to do so.

Placement is pretty good as compared to many other colleges out there in Ranchi. Still it's not so good to be know about. Companies such as HDFC bank visits the campus. Placement process is easy in our college.

I hadn't took part in any such activities do I can't describe it well but yes there are societies which conducts such events like before the semester end there are many games and extra curricular activities in which many students participates and are awarded with some gifts or money.

Infrastructure is really disappointing. We can say may be it's because BIT LALPUR is in the Main area of the city or anything. The building is under construction since we don't know. It has very big land but no infrastructure in any form except for classroom. Not even a single auditorium is present.
