Remarks

I chose this college because of the course i.e, genetic engineering. This course is rare in the country. This institution has all the courses and affordable fees. It is situated in a place where everything is available.

Course Curriculum Overview

Since it is my first year so we haven't been exposed to much technical area. We are learning basics of all kinds of engineering. In the coming years they'll be going deep with the chosen course and doing the necessary.

Placement Experience

I have no clue about it yet. Im still in first year but surely companies do come and offer jobs to the students. It all depends on the students how they grab the opportunity given to them. Many companies visit but mostly IT companies.

College Events

Festivals are celebrated but not on a large scale. For most of the festivals they give leave and even if they celebrate it is low profile. Not much participation is done by the students as the management won't ask for their participation.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about any scholarship as such but i guess finance is available. Scholarships on the basis of entrance exam and 12th percentage is given. Already fees is not that high to avail scholarship. Fees is affordable.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is average. Not too god not too bad. They are improving every year. Library is very fine, you can rely on library. Laboratory are also average. Sports is not much supported here, specially girls are not given much chance in sports or extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good. Food is average. Facilities are less in girl's hostel as they don't have study room, gym, sick room, etc. Rooms are shared with 4-5 people in a room. Security is good and they take care of the students.

Hostel Fee: INR 115000 per year

Rmk collegeof engineering and technology has strong placement with excellent percentage. They will train you from 1st year for the placement. The average package is 5-6Lakhs per annum.and the highest pacakge is 66 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

It was good. While admission there will be lot of process which we have to do. Based on intermediate marks they can conform u a seat. There will an entrance exam to join in our college but it will conduct in the month of December to February so u can write those entrance exam.
