Remarks
I choose this college because this college was one of the best college in India for imparting training in the field of aircraft maintenance engineering. This college was the oldest college in Maharashtra, established in 2005. The admission process of this college is very simple, you have to visit the college, first of all, the information will be given to you after visiting the college and after that, if you are satisfied with that information then you can do registration.registration is being started from the month of February of every year. Main eligibility criteria for this course is just you to complete your 12 std from PCM subject or else diploma from electrical, mechanical or aeronautical.
Course Curriculum Overview
As per the present scenario, there is not that much demand in general engineering and medical field. Very few students get placement after completing the course. That's why I decide to do something new from others and I choose this field and I was grateful that my decision was right. Per year 120 students are being selected in this college from all over India. Different types of the subject are being studied here which is related to this field only. For every subject, 2 instructors are being appointed. The teaching method of this college is very good and the main thing is that they focussed more in practice as compared to theory. Two types of the exam are being conducted one is semester exam and one is dgca exam. Semester exam is conducted semester wise and dgca exam is conducted every 4 months. The passing percentage of these exams are minimum 75%.
Placement Experience
After completing college duration i.e. 2 years.student are being sent to airline companies to gain their remaining experience of 3 years to become a licensed engineer. Students get the job in companies like Air India, Air Asia, Spice Jet etc. Average salary given to a licensed engineer is from 1.5 lakhs to 2.5 lacs per month. Near about 85-90% of students are being placed in different companies across India.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees you have to pay for this course is 5,30,000 rs. In that fees, your registration fees, admission fees, library fees, uniform fees, and tuition fees are included. If you opt hostel and mess facility you have to pay 6000 rs more per month. For fees concession in the scholarship, the exam is conducted, after passing that exam with good marks then some fees are deducted from our total fees. If any one want to avail the facility of education loan,they can also go for that.
Campus Life
My college life was very joyful. I was to participate in every function which was conducted by college every year. One centralized library is there for student to issue the reference book for study.every types of books are present there for reference. Classrooms are built as per dgca standards only. Digitalize classroom is theirs. For the physical fitness of the student, sport week is conducted every year.
Hostel Facilities
Independent hostel is there for boys and girls. Separate rooms are allotted for students. In every room only 3 students are allowed for each student separate bed is give with one cupboard and study table.
