Remarks

Overall the college life was very good and all went well although could not get a chance to place in any company but I passed out with a good knowledge and exposure.

Entrance Preview

I took RPET rank 1703 Ambition to do Engineering appeared in counseling for RPET and college was alloted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was opted for Civil engineering which is related to house,road,bridge construction etc. First year course was common for all branches.

Internships Opportunities

Our college had very limited internship options hence I did not go for that and took an internship out side our college. College provided external source of internship which provided 2500 as stipend.

Placement Experience

Placement was very good at the time when I passed out. It was approx 70% branch wise. There was good placement for computer Since and Information Technology branches. Since than placement is very good.

College Events

There were lots of activities held in our collge like Engineers day,Annual day Celebration,New Year and Deewali Celebration department wise activities and function.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a government college the fees structure was very good and very feasible. There were few scholarships also there for poor students for one off or yearly based or as per term and conditions.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there were many institute subsidiaries which provided scholarships to many students as per their criteria like poverty skills intelligence etc. I was also provided a scholarship in my 2nd year of my degree.

Campus Life

There were very less these activities happened in our colleges I think these activities should be encouraged among the students to make the students aware about the current situation and for being active towards these activities.

Hostel Facilities

By the year 2005 hostel facilities and the mess food was of not too good quality but later on it was improved and condition of hostel rooms were amended and internet facility was also provided to hostel students.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes there is very good network among the senior passed out students and the current students also with college management which helps the current student placing in good companies.

Exam Structure

Till 2005 exam pattern was as per yearly based but from session 2006 the exam pattern was changed to Semester based means 2 semesters in one year.

Faculty

We had very experienced faculty who had very good knowledge of the subject and very expressive and comprehensive explanation of each subject.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Is LNMIIT worth the fee?

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

MBM university reality

Mbm university reality

The other colleges I applied for skit and I got computer science there but it is next round I got MBM at I choose MBM because of the low fees and the eliminating eliminary network of MBM is very very strong also I applied for NIT but I am not eligible for NIT the admission process of my colleges simple you have to apply in the MBM through reef counselling and when you get selected you have to the submit your document share....Read More

THE MBM UNIVERSITY

I got a College is jossa which is Mizoram University, I was getting ece branch in that college. I chose MBM because 1. The college is much closer to me. 2. You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
