Entrance Preview

Rajasthan pre engineering test. Test conducted by state government to admit the students based on merit. Test consisted physics, chemistry and maths questions, only objective questions.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum divided in two parts. Core mechanical engineering subjects and electives related to course. Electives were offered in 3 and 4 year. Technically sound curriculam focusing on solutions of engineering problems related to mechanical engineering.

Internships Opportunities

Internships were related to peoduction, power plant, quality and industrial engineering related in 2 and 4 year of the course. Total duration of internship was 120 days, students were learning lot of technical things.

Placement Experience

Placement track was very good and still continued. No. Of companies visited to campus for recruiting students in area of production, quality, RAC, POWER PLANT SECTION, automotive related.

College Events

No. of events were celebrated on regular basis to enhace the technical and cultural related activities. Tech fest and cultural fest were organised every year apart feom th fresher and farewell parties. Entrepreneurship related camps were also organized. Industrial tour was also in practice once in four year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was not high. It was as min as rs 2158 in our time, hostel fee was around 538 rs per 6 months. Examination fees was around 250 per year. Thats all.

Fees and Financial Aid

No loan facilities as being government college. Also there was provision of the scholarship for poor, St SC candidates etc.

Campus Life

Overall campus lifw was good enough to develop technical and related other skills. Always there was a healthy competition amongst the students during preparation of written examination of public and govt. Jobs.

Exam Structure

Examination were conducted on year basis with off days between two exam. Apart from the final exam surprise test, class test, regular evaluation based on tutorial were conducted during the year for better evaluation and improving skills of students.

Faculty

Faculties were academically sound and research oriented. Some of faculty members were having industrial experience and consultancy related experience. Enough expert f aculties were available in dept. for enhancing the technical skills of the students in all aspects.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Is LNMIIT worth the fee?

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

Mbm university reality

The other colleges I applied for skit and I got computer science there but it is next round I got MBM at I choose MBM because of the low fees and the eliminating eliminary network of MBM is very very strong also I applied for NIT but I am not eligible for NIT the admission process of my colleges simple you have to apply in the MBM through reef counselling and when you get selected you have to the submit your document share....Read More

I got a College is jossa which is Mizoram University, I was getting ece branch in that college. I chose MBM because 1. The college is much closer to me. 2. You should choose MBM or not ?

I also applied for jecrc foundation in jaipur , and i got CS+Ai there , but then in next round i got mbm electrical . I choose this college over jecrc because that was a private college and mbm is government . And also the fees in jecrc is twice as compare to mbm . And i want to have a option of gogvernment field also so electrical will be much better option . I wanted to go to NIT but i didn't get that much good score in jee ,so i was left with this state college option only . The admission proccees is quite simple , you have to apply to reep counselling , and then you have to do reporting in this college with required documents as mentioned on reep site . 91 percentile is required in jee to get electrical branch in mbm for a general ews student...Read More
