The B.Com (Hons.) is a 3 years course. This college is affiliated with Calcutta University. The study structure is very much effective for the students and the culture of the study is awesome. My subject doesn't need any lab researches but other subjects.

If your marks are high you will definitely get placement in big firms. However, every department doesn't provide that opportunity.

26th January, Cricket matches between colleges are held every year. The college organises a football competition every year as well. On the basis of my 12th standard marks, I have got the chance to study at Serampore College. The cut off marks were 80%. After madhyamik I have surveyed and looking for the best colleges under CU for commerce. Many people suggested me for Serampore college.

The lecturers are very much knowledgeable in their subjects. They know how to teach in a friendly way. Everybody will get interested once they join the college. Many of the lecturers work with Calcutta University also. They give temporary lectures there. These notes were very much helped me in my exams.
