just money making college

The college management was just running an money collecting machine. there were no payments to the staff. every year most of the staff would resign and they would apply new staff. not only the staff even the principle was changed in last 5 years the college had gotten 5 principles. the college had also not refunded the deposit amount which the had taken from each students during the admission time.

I had given MH CET examinations. I scored 70 marks out 200. The principal of the college was of fathers contact so I took admission into that college.

The course curriculum was very bad with regards to the different engineering colleges. The first year of college was little bit bad but further it went on worst. There were no practicals in any lab. not an even single equipment worked properly in the institute. and the lectures were also in total marathi language.

In the last 5 years still not yet a single company has visited the college. Since the condition of the college is very worst there are no proper lecturers no practicals are there, there is no proper building of the college not even the class rooms.

How could i tell about how much were placed and which companies came to campus because not even a single company had visited the college in the last 5 years. The condition of the college is very worst.

In the 5 years only once cultural festival was celebrated and that to for just formality. There were no technical or any industrial tour or any kind of such things.

In the first year the fees was 56000. In the second year the fees was 58200. In the third year the fees was 59000. In the last year it was 61000. Most of the colleges have fees near about 1 lakh rs, but with respect to our college these 60000 were also very much more.

The college didn't offered any scholarship or any loan to the students. There were 2 kind of scholarships like first for the caste one and the second one of minority students. the scholarships were provided by the state government for the minority students.

What could i say about campus life since there was no campus in the college. There was only 2 buildings one the main college building and the other one workshop. The main building was of only one floor and had an half underground part.

The hostel firstly was about 6 - 7 kms away from the college since the college was located outside the city, the hostel was like an general building of the colony. There was no system of PG since it was a small district. The mess was very bad quality it started when the college started since the was no means of food hotels nearby college since the college was in jungle area the students had to eat it forcefully, after sometime that too got stopped.

My experience with the college was very was since these is not an college, how could any committee or any organisation run college in such a manner. There are no practicals in the college, there is no facility of internet. Even though in the computer lag there was internet only on a single pc for that also students had to wait in line. not a single staff member had internet connection to their pc.

The exam structure was as per the university. The exams were of 2 yearly parts. In a year 2 semester exams were there. There were college unit tests and labs but it were just for formality. No marks or attendence was compulsory for internal marks.

Only the first year the faculty was experienced one but from second year onwards the institute appointed were un experienced staff. since there was an payment problem in the college near about 5 to 6 months salary of most staff was pending the staff got out of the college. even the principle left the college after first year. from my admission to passing out in 5 years the college got about 5 principals.
