Review for AITS

No encouragement for cultural activities. Pressure students on the academics. Out dated system. Student Life will be sooo worse.

Course and curriculum were extremely outdated just like many other colleges in Andhra Pradesh. No any researches were held or encouraged by the college. Curriculum was not making us industrial ready, and no any industrial visits were held by our college.

A special paid training will be held by the college for placements. Companies like tcs, microsoft and many some small companies do visit our college. Around 60 to 70 percent students do got placed in various companies.

Celebrations do conduct very rarely. Roughly around 3 cultural fests and technical fests do happen in the campus. Also those will be very small, small enough that simultaneously classes do run parallel along with celebrations. No any other college students will be allowed for the college festivals and no any promotions will be allowed.

Around 90,000 rupee fee was collecting by the college, and for placements training it will be another 11,000 this will be collected only from interested students. Mode of payment was done only by paying in the bank account and giving receipt. The 90,000 was for students who got admission through counseling for payment seat they will take a donation.

For being admitted into the college I written EAMSET exam and got admission through counseling, and as my family was under poverty line I'm getting scholarship from the state government of around 35,000 in future it may be of complete reambersment. And College is not providing any scholarships options on its own.

In case of gender ratio men will be more dominated than women. No any specific students clubs or membership were there for students. Workshops will be conducted frequently. No any cultural societies or students diversity were encouraged by the campus.

Campus hostels will demand around 70,000 of fee per year. Many PG's will be there for students. Also most of them do prefer to stay in the PG hostel itself. Because they cost around 35 thousand per year, but quality will not be there.

Alumini networks are not much maintained by the college. No any interaction will be there with the senior students, so there is no way that they affect our experience.

I had written EAMSET exam and got admission through counseling. As I was interested in tech I choose B-Tech to get an admission through eamset we had to score more more than qualifying mark and had to apply for counseling which will be conducted by the government and based on merit we will get admission.

In my b.tech course of Electronics and communication, there will be around 40 to 50 lecturers within an age of around 35 to 50. Only 5 or 6 members were having PhD. No any industrial experience is hold by them. They can provide clarity upto what it is there in the books.
