Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is well designed and the readings are compiled by using different books of various foreign and indian authors. Examinations are held at the end of each semester and assignment are given regularly to the students. Students are also required to do sample teaching as a way of assessment.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are managed by a well-established Placement Cell, which is run by the students and the teachers. The Placement Cell guides the students on how to decide their future career paths by counseling, motivating and mentoring them. A number of teaching institutes visit the campus and provide a variety of job positions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is kept very flexible for the students, we are required to pay ? 22,000 per year. I think that the fees has been kept low and none if us face any difficulty is paying the fees. The University provides adequate facilities to us so I think the fees is okay.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students are provided with scholarship opportunity to finance there studies. This is a great initiative by the WBUTTEPA supported by the West Bengal Government.? Students are offered scholarships on the basis of the marks they score in the entrance examination.

Campus Life

5

When it comes to extracurricular activities WBUTTEPA isn’t behind at all, we a number of sports available for students to play. The auditorium is the place where various dramatics, dance and music events are held. Students at my university are friendly and welcoming. The campus isn't very large but it has places where you can sit and chill.

Admission

Admissions to the B.Ed. course is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. The entrance exam is pretty tough and I had to study a lot to pass it, However I cleared the exam with good marks and thus got admission into this amazing University.

Faculty

4

The faculty of my college is very experienced and learned, the professors have decades of experience and teach with utmost dedication to us. We can contact the professors to clear out doubts. Teachers are readily available and motivate us to do better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was quite irrelevant to be honest. None of it is actually followed in real life. We did not have proper practical classes which I think was of utmost importance rather than rote learning theories which aren't even applicable in classroom.
