The fee structure of the program is around 60 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the needs and demand of the course in the growing industry. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

Utkal University of Culture is a State University which is located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board to pursue UG programs from the University. Admission to UG courses are based on merit in 10+2.

Learning the future

Likes

The coordination of the college is very good very impressive
The rules and regulations are appropriate as per the students
The teachers are very helpful and with good guidance

Dislikes

Interior is not as much good as expected
The activities should be more advanced as much as possible
More equipments related to the activities should be provided

Placement Experience:

The placements of my campus are very good very impressive and drives are good The brands which came to our college are - itc hotels, oberoi hotels, taj hotels, hyatt , meriden etc. In retails the highest match package was aditya birla which was approximate 6,00,000/- And in hotels the highest was marriot hotels 70% students got placed in campus placement My plans are to get a good position in one of the best brands

Placement Experience:

From 5 semesters onward companies are coming into the college. Leading hotel companies like taj, Oberoi, itc are taking associates, taking MT Students. In my knowledge, the highest offer is given by byjus retail company offering the post of sales manager.

ABOUT IHM BHUBANESWAR

Placement Experience:

The college provides internship in the second year. The students get placements from the 3rd year only. Accor Hotels, ITC, taj and a lot of hotels are a part of the college and have visited it. Most students are able to get placements from college only. the average package is around 5-6 lakh. After getting my degree I will be pursuing with MSc in hotel management itself.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are held on 3rd year and 2nd semester. At that time all reputed companies and hotels are offering you jobs. Most companies like- ITC, Hayatt, Oberoi hotels, Lalit, Leela Place, Accor Hotels, Some retal chains like- KFC, Pizza Hut, MC-Donals, Burgerking. Also call centers are coming like IBM. Almost 30-35 companies are coming in 6 months to give everyone great jobs. They are giving good salary structure and good positions in term of fresher. In hotels providing lowest position and salary like 15k-20k. In retail chain they placed as shift manager and salary like 20k-25k initially. If I talk about percentage then students have to get 68%-70 % marks to get a good placement opportunity, but don’t be worried everyone gets placements if still have lower marks that means they are providing 100% placement. Also if you want to do your own business or join in aviation or railways, it is possible. My plan was to join a reputed hotel that was ITC Sonar Kolkata.

Remarks:

Our college is quite small and the college authorities can install new and advance equipment too but they don't do so. Several equipment in the kitchens are quite old and should be replaced, but they aren't replaced yet.

Any remarks if I wnna give is that if you wnna pursue hotel management is more decorated eay do join this college but since it's rank is bit pushed down try to gain good position in entrance exam so that you can be in one the best Ihm.

Remarks:

This college looks towards the extra wants of the students so they have constructed a good sports platform for the students. Trainers are also provided for every sports. There is a huge cricket ground of the college amd a football ground too.

Remarks:

The positive point of our college is that you'll get a complete education in production and service. The negative point is the lack of exposure to our college. Most of the things that college in Bhubaneswar isn't good enough. But that's wrong.

Golden days in IHM BHUBANESWAR

Remarks:

I would like to say that the management had changed a lot. Many good features had arrived in our the food quality had been increased the accommodation also been increased. The faculties had grown more friendly. The principal is also strict in their words which will impact good for the students.
