Remarks
Our college is a very beautiful college with a great diversity. It's students are very respective and peaceful. Being a student of this college, proud myself. But it needs some more infrastructure and faculty to teach it's students.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is good to choose B. Sc in mathematics under Utkal University, Odisha. Since it's exam structure is CBCS (choice based credit system) based. So we have a good course curriculum which emphasizes on practical. But due to lack of infrastructure and lab facilities in our college, we can not get a better study.
Placement Experience
As our College is established in a semi urban area, it does not give sufficient job placement to its students. But in past, no one of our college students were continue their jobs which is placed through our college placement. And it did not give any internship.
College Events
Our college celebrates several cultural and management programs like annual function, annual sports, etc. Rather than annual function & sports, it also celebrates management programs like Independence Day, Republic Day, Ganesh Puja, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Mainly Our college provides two courses that is 11-12th and graduation in three streams (arts, science and commerce). So it's fee structure also different in different streams and they are feasible. But science students in both 12th and B. Sc are give some extra fee in comparison to the students in arts and commerce stream.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college gives scholarship like free studentship to study free of cost to needy and poor students. It doesn't offer any loan facility but some banks in our locality give loan facility to needy students.
Campus Life
There are nearly 3000 students study in our college among which 70% students are girls and 30% are boys.It also have several student unions like ABVP, BCJ, etc. It also have a alumni association. It is a peaceful campus and it's students are very respective.
Alumni/Alumna
Since our college was established in 1962, so it has a great alumni Association which together it's students. Our seniors are very helpful and they also share their experience with us. They are also take part in college progress by donating money, study materials, etc to our college.
Admission
In 10th & 12th, Mathematics was my favorite subject. So I choose mathematics in B. Sc. After 12th, I apply for B.Sc in mathematics in my college which is affiliate to Utkal University, Odisha through online and I was admitted in my college through merit list.
Faculty
Our faculties are well qualified and trained to teach their respective subject. Nearly 80% of our teachers are bearing Phd. And other are continuing P. hd. Rather than their qualification, they are also very interested to teach us and they are knowledgeable to answer our questions.
