Remarks

Best Private type of institute in Odisha. Having a large campus and 11 number of branches, great infrastructure and eco friendly campus. Transportation service is best. Hostel accommodation for students are really best.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am opted for Computer science and engineering, which duration is four years and in four years total number of semester is eight and our syllabus is not very easy. Our college is now Autonomous but our college affiliated to the BPUT Odisha. According to BPUT Odisha's exam curriculum it divided into two parts namely Odd Semester and Even semester.

Placement Experience

Our college have one Career development cell. Every year around of 87-93% of students gets jobs in different different sector across the world. Yes, our college also provides some internship during Summer and winter for three to four month duration.

College Events

In our college there are various types of events are their likely, Our cultural fest Vasantika Tech fest Driest Seminars Conferences Annual sports Quiz competition Debate competition Art competition etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible, Fee structure depends upon various branches like CSE, ENTC, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL etc. In CSE, MECHANICAL, CIVIL per year 98 thousand.and rest three ENTC, EEE, EE is 75 thousand per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to Government of Odisha and AICTE their are various types of scholarship for SC/ST and Meritorious students who have secured best in his or her academic Career. Yes our college also provides student loans for students.

Our college organised some extra curricular activities like Quiz competition Debate competition NSS Playing carrom, Chess, cricket Face art Handwriting Song competition Presentation skills Public speaking

Yes our Alumni are too helpfull for us. They are the real role model for us. We follow their words, how they achieve success and they give us some suggestions what to do or what not to do in academic.

After Completion of my intermidiate level of education i.e. in Science stream in 12th, I am applying for JEE Main examination and my Rank is six lakh fourth five thousand three fourth seven out of ten lakh students all over India. Then I am go for Counselling purpose and I am selected DRIEMS Group Of Institutions for my higher education.

Faculty

Our college faculties are best.His/Her teaching skill is excellence.and they gives us best notes according to the syllabus and also gives us some extra courses in this duration. They are really great for me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

KIIT:place where students chase their dreams.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

According to recent placement statistics, the highest package offered at the college is around ?9.2 LPA, while the average package is about ?4–4.5 LPA. Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Students after completing 6th semester are given chances to do internship and convert it to ppo A total of around 60 companies visited the campus last year. For core branches tata power ,jsw offers a lot of jobs in tech roles tcs capegemini and other service based companies hires. Also cisco hires via there hiring process. Student have also grabbed placement at amazon and ib like credit suisse and goldman sachs previously. Around 60% students are getting placed every year Last year a total of 650 offers are made. So its better to get a job via campus placement rather than trying off-campus

From 6th semester onwards wards students are eligible for campus placement.it provides 100% placement guaranteed to the students who were eligible and sit for the placement drive. Big tech companies like ,amazon, samsung, Capgemini,minetree,infosis,adani wlvisit the campus. The highest package offered in 52 lpa The average package in KIIT is around 6-8lpa And the lowest package offered in 3 lpa. So overall you will have a nice exposure to tech and industrial space and can grab some decent placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.
