Internships Opportunities

It provides both off and on-campus interview opportunities wherein, companies come on the campus and we can sit for it. And in the companies which do not want to come, the students go to the corporate office of the companies and give their interviews.

Placement Experience

The placements here started from the second trimester. There is a record of 100% placement of the college. The average package for our batch till now is 6lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were around 9.5 lac fr the 2-year program. Which is quite fine as you get placed in just one year and you start earning. Hence, it is okay ROI wise.

Campus Life

The annual fest is the biggest here. We had celebrated it in Hyatt regency, where we had business connect, award ceremonies, and quite big 3-day function. We had also organized a golf tournament for the corporates. Talking about classrooms, we had AC classrooms, with smart boards. Also, we have a plethora of books in the library wherein we could sit and read books at ease.

The faculties are sufficient, knowledgeable. They are always ready to help and solve our queries.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.

I'm from a non-management background so I had a 2-step interview process which is only one step for management background students (Graduation). At first, I was asked questions about my graduation along with management questions which went for 40 minutes of rigorous question answers. In second, they completely focused on management questions, went deep into specific topics. It was rather a discussion type instead of a question-answer type in a way where they asked questions and waited for my answers, corrected me every time I went wrong to have a clear idea about anything I'm talking about.
