College Experience

I would give neutral rating for the college and management. Neither good nor bad.

I don't remember about the entrance exam which I wrote. It was my wish from my childhood that I should become a computer engineer which made me to choose this course.

All the subjects were equally good and impressing except other department papers. Especially electronics papers were bit tough. So I would suggest you to concentrate much.

I did not attend any internship program. This could be one of the minuses when I did my course but now a days I could hear from my juniors that these kind of opportunities are also available.

No companies came for off campus when I was doing the course. But at present I am unsure about the opportunities students get through placement programs

Annual day, Fresher's day - especially for freshers who join every year. Subiksha - vocation computer program for school children Sahana-- symposium for inter departments.

To my knowledge it was a bit expensive. Since it was long back I couldn't remember the structure. But few things were book fee, library fee, lab fee were among the list.

Scholarships for few communities were possible by then. I could get around 2000+ as a b.c community student.

Campus was good. Labs were equally good in infrastructure. Extra activities were not given much importance by that time. But still I was able to participate in inter college competitions.

As I did not use hostel I couldn't write about that. But I heard from my friends that girls hostel is too far and food was also not good.

Alumni meetings are happens every year but only a few attends regularly because casting information s not proper. May be a team working on this will work.

Exams are not good all the time sometimes we should write on a daily basis to score good marks in final exams.

Very friendly and Supportive in all the means. Encouraging staffs and supporting staffs. Until third year everything went fine. During final year couldn't spend much time on class rooms.
