When I was deciding which college I have to choose for my PGDM course, I came to know about Lexicon Mile where I can gain both theoretical and practical knowledge. The thing which fascinated me the most is that it's a student-driven college and Nine months paid internship program where I can get real exposure into the corporate world and be a better professional being at the end of my PGDM course. The aspect where it can improve itself is academics since we got only less than a year to gain theoretical knowledge and being a student-driven college most of our time is spent in extra-curricular activities and participating in pre-placement talks of different corporates. The admission process included GD followed by PI that happened in the month of March. I got to know about the college and its curriculum from the senior batch when I'm searching for some B-Schools.

When I came to MILE I got to know about one student at a time approach where every student has an academic mentor who helps him/her in personality development as well as find the weakness of that particular weakness and work on that and make him/her strengths. The pedagogy is adopted by faculty in MILE is focus on case studies and application-based usage of tools. The prime focus is on theories, basic ideas, and concepts related to the particular specialization chosen by the student. We follow the trimester system here and we also go through various certification courses like Digital Marketing, BlockChain, Six Sigma, Excel in our first trimester itself.

Both on-campus and off-campus placement opportunities are provided by the placement team and they make sure each student catches the best of the organization like Treebo Hotels, Knight Frank, BNY Mellon, etc. And the job title provided to the students is Manager Trainee, MIS, etc.

Some World-renowned companies TIAA, AGS, BNY Mellon, Amazon, FIS, etc. Visit our campus every year for recruitment and provide wonderful opportunities to their students. 100% placement is there for students is maintained every year with the highest CTC 14lpa and average CTC 7lpa.

The fee structure for 2019-21 batch is 7.5 lakh and hostel fees were 1.2 lakh for 1 Year. Campus Placement is good and students get paid internships. I got placed in the month of March in TIAA with a stipend of 26000.

Here we have Five committees I.e Social Media Marketing, Sports, External, Internal, Placement. We have an annual fest here like Lexicon Ted Talks, Lexicon Business Connect and at last, there is Award Function for the closure of event where students actively participate, showcase their talent, and get the opportunity to meet Corporate people by which they can build their business relationship.

All basic amenities are provided in our hostel rooms like Wi-fi connection was there, Washing Machine, Water purifiers, Cleaning is done on a regular basis. 24×7 electricity and water supply.

The eligibility criteria for selection in GD, PI is 50% score in MAT, CAT, XAT, etc. Entrance exam. I went through the GD process followed by PI for selection in Lexicon MILE. In my PI I have been asked various questions like Introduce myself, some G.K related questions, and some analytical questions.
