Entrance Preview

I have given AIEEE and ranked at approx 3 Lacs. I have opted it because I wanted to get admission in IT branch and I found seat availability in Rajasthan's popular college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Course curriculum was good and designed/affiliated under Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. We have experienced good knowledge gain during the 4 years.

Internships Opportunities

In our curriculum, there was 2 months training period after completion of 3rd year. No specific internship period mentioned in the course. I have done training in PHP from college itself. They have invited DUCAT for the same.

Placement Experience

1

I remember that period of placement. That time recession was at its end period. But good company didn't came to our college. Only some fake companies came. Or few who takes 20000/- for training period etc. So over all it was worst part of our college time.

College Events

3.5

Yes, I have enjoyed lot of college events. Fresher's party where as a fresher I have participated in skit. Then internal competitions, technical fests. Annual function as well. One time i have also coordinated for skit.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I would say fee structure was fine. It was as per the that times demand in all colleges equivalent to that. 40000/- per semester. Other than hostel charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, there was no scholarship or loan facility offered by my college. Even they charge Re. 1 for leave form when hostlers go to hometown during long weekends or vacations.

Campus Life

2

Campus life is good to have. It helps you to build few qualities which you can't learn at your home. Our campus was also good. But there were lot of restrictions on going outside.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no such group of alumni in my college. I am in touch with few of my seniors and juniors. They have struggled themselves to get the good career/job outside college.

Exam Structure

It was like in other colleges. We were having three internal exams which weighs 20-20 marks and out of which college takes average/best out of three. Rest is semester exam at every six month which weighs 80 marks.

Faculty

2

Our faculty was ok ok. Not so good. They were following traditional steps to teach and loads of paper work instead of practical teaching. Half of the faculty was same or the near by college pass outs. They have joined due to recession during that time.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

In my college there are very good placement chances if you score good marks and be a good student there and we can get an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and if we are better than if you are very good student we can also get more than 10 lakhs per annum it all depends on us because we have to study and we have to take out chances but if I don't get any employment from there I will start doing it off campus and will do my own business or something like that but I will definitely try hard to get a placement from this college because it is very good and I want to get I am job from this college to start my life of making money

Overall the curriculum is rated high on the comprehensiveness but moderated to high i relevance. the program's focus on renewable energy Integration and the availability of high end labs influenced me to choose this course and the curriculum provided real world foundation for public sector roles and higher studies. Exams follow the rtu cycle and the difficulty is generally high from the other branches and they are following old pattern and syllabus it should be updated
