Entrance Preview

I took PET MP , Held in 2002I score 60% marks in PET,I opted for this colleage as it was beign run by Kurwai Educational society ,A very well known name with Brand ALLSAINT.

Internships Opportunities

Campus recruitment was not regular at our college but we did get opportunities through other means and tie ups with other colleges .Other then that RGPV also conduct open campus drives where in it allow affiliated colleges for participation in drives.

College Events

We have a Annual day celebration named as TECHNOVISTA which is a 5 day event which includes All technical ,cultural ,games and co-curricular actives. It is big event and attract good number of participants.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was as per RGPV rules and it was around 32K per year for regular category where as for paid category it as around 50K. But Now fee structure is changed and think RGPV has revised it and on average it is 60K year.

Fees and Financial Aid

No ,I have not taken any loan.People do have taken this option and there got financed from Banks like SBI,ICICI,etc. I was lucky that I dont have to go throug this option.

Campus Life

Campus life was good as we get opportunities participating TECHNOVISTA. Which is 5 day event cover all extra curricular activites ,sports ,debates etc. Technical Paper presentation was most Hot event as we witness Paper presentation followed by debates.

Alumni/Alumna

Few Alumni groups were created on social networking sites but now days I dont have much presence there. But people do share there greetings and experiences there.

Exam Structure

Its a Semister patter where in every 6 months we have exams.In each semister we have 5 subjects ,Other then this college also conduct regular midsems.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Nice college

Placement Experience:

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

College provide us opportunity to sit in campus placement from 7th semester. There is number of companies visits in college like vipro, redhat,tcs etc. Highest package is 20-25lack per year and average is 5 lakh.my plan is to get directly campus placement.
