Service management at jim noida

I choose " service management" as my specialization.The curriculum of the course was a bit hectic in the initial trimester and we had 10 subjects and i felt the course curriculum hectic beacuse i have never faced 10 subjects in any semester during my graduation that's why i felt it hectic.Exams criteria was also different from my graduation college because quizes in each subject matters alot in this collge if you want to score good then you should have good marks in all the quizes and each quiz carries 10 marks and apart from quizes there are lot of presentations we have to make and carries 20 marks and 10 marks for the project and finally 40 marks for end term exam.

During my interaction with my seniors i got to know that the college has decent placement record and in 2019 almost 80-90 companies visted the college campus and 90% of the batch placed in the campus out of which 40% of the batch placed with good companies. But most of the companies were from sales domain and if anyone is looking for good job in sales then it is definitely a good college.Top recruiters were HCL,Delloite,Delhivery etc.The average pakage is around 6 lakhs and highest package is around 12 lakhs.The college also provides many internship opportunities but the stipend varies from 0-20k

There are lots of events celebrated in jim noida very year and all the event's are organized by college students only and events are organized by different clubs in the college like hr club,finance club,marketing club,sports club,academic club,cultural club etc.All the clubs have different president's and vice presidents and all the positions are nominated by college students by a college elections. The famous cultural event of our college is "gravity " which happens every year for 2-3 days and lot of events takes place in gravity like dance,theatre,drama,treasure hunt etc.

I have achieved a scholarship of 60000 on the basis of my MAT scores. The cutoff percentage for the scholarship is 85% or more.The college provides different scholarship for different percentage for example if a student has more than 95% in any entrance exam then he/she can get upto 1 lakh scholarship.

Yes i have opted for hostel and it was good with spacious room with A.c in every room but the quality of the food was average. my room is a 2 sharing room and it has enough space for study and sleeping and it also contains study table.But the problem is our hostel is 5km away from the college and college is not providing transportation facility but the girls hostel is in the college itself.Apart from annaul fees of the hostel i also have to pay electricity charges.

I got admission by mat score.Admission procedure was moderate followed by group discussion and interview. In gd round they had given me a case which i had to analyze and discuss in the group discussion The topic was "how can you manage your employee's problems in the organization " and the discussion took place about 20 minutes after that they called me for personal interview same day and it was a normal personal interview not a stress interview and after 15 days post interview i got offer letter from the college.

All faculties are good in this college and all of them are very co-operative. All the faculties are well qualified in thier subject and they also have good industry knowledge and have more than 10-15 years of industry experience. You can meet any faculty in their cabin within college working hours and resolve your class doubts and every class is equipped with cctv cameras for lecture recording so that if a student misses any lecture then he/she can revise by watching lecture vedios and there is a separate portal for these vedios.
