We have total four semisters in which we have internship in industry after completion of 1st year. Subjects like Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain etc are there in our course. We have both Internal as well as External exams i.e. 60 marks and 40 marks respectively for 1 credit course.

Placement Experience

Placements are well good at SIIB. We get a chance to work in a good industries related to agriculture field. We have a internship provided by a college only which is of 2 months. We get stipend at a average of 15,000 ruppes.

College Events

We have different events which are specially of the symbiosis institute of international business. These events are carried out every year and it really gives a students energy to work and learn new things. Events are like DJ nights, Agri summit, marketing fare etc.

Hostel Facilities

Yes i have opted for the hostel which is compulsory for all the students. We have sufficient seat with 3 students in each room. Hostel fees is in college fees only i.e. 1,20,000 per annum. Mess is also there below the hostel with mess charges inculded in fees.

Admission

I have given SNAP entrance exam after which i got call for interview. GDPI was done and after final merit list was declared.

Faculty

All the faculty members in Symbiosis Institue are well trained and educated. They give us a real data and real facts about the currebt situation rather than just a therotical or book knowledge. They are always ready to help us whenever we have any kind of doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college provide some extra certificates like Excel or others which not value for money and also taeches foreign language but not single student can speak after the degree. And also not any facilities can speak german language

Balanced learning and real world relavance

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's well structured but there are areas that could be enhanced to better prepare students for the real world. Curriculum sessions are twice weekly, other faculty are invited to gain information from the industry. Recently, we had our ebek Cambridge exam. Life at SIIB

Basically, my CAT didn't go as expected. So I couldn't make it to colleges that accept CAT as an entrance. If you look into agribusiness colleges that accept CAT - MANAGE, hyderabad VAMNICOM, Pune NIAM, Jaipur NAARM, hyderabad etc Due to my low score in cat i didn't get into any of these. I also had given SNAP exam through which i applied to SIIB, pune which was one of the best decisions i made back then. The college is excellent. The only thing is since its a private college the fee is bit on a higher side compared to other ABM colleges in India. But in placements and faculty its equally competitive. Lets get a deep dive inside SIIB

The admission process comprised of the SNAP Test, followed by the GD-PI Process. The cut-off for Symbiosis Institute of International Business was somewhere between 88-90 percentile. Eligibility Criteraia: Student needs to appear for the SNAP Exam. They should have completed their Graduation or must be in the Final Year of their Graduation. Application forms are available on the college website on the homepage. Once you complete the snap test and get through the cut-off, you are sent a GD-PI Call Letter. Then, you have the option to choose your preferred date and time slot for the GD-PI process. (The process is conducted Online) Next, during the GD-PI process, there are volunteers available to guide and help through the process. It is conducted in a very smooth and efficient manner. Finally, if you are selected, you are sent an admission letter, wherein you need to pay the 1st Semester fees as a confirmation of acceptance before the Program Commencement date of the college....Read More
