Remarks

Very good college overall but the people who are aggressive may indulge in extra curricular activities as the enviornment is not that good around the college area. All the gujjars are there and the locals can create a lot of gunda gardi.

Entrance Preview

JEE All over india Rank 3745. It was the 6th best college in IHM'S in terms of placement. Has the best infrastructure at that time wide with 14 acre of campus placement

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Good, the curriculam was very nice and can be compared with any other hotel management colleges. The books reffered were very good and helpfull. the teacher are very nice and help at any point of time

Internships Opportunities

Very good. In hotel industry not so much stipend is offered. at my time "Hotel The Grand" offered me Rs350/month but with a vast experience in hotel line.

Placement Experience

3.5

Not so good, good companies come but not too many placement is almost 90%. Most of the placement is in retail sector as compared to hotel line as hotel line need much more hard work and the starting salary in hotel line is not that good

College Events

2.5

Not so much is celebrated. only alumini day and one two celebration. As the college is in remote place the people arround are gujjars and they dont like loud music and all and create sometimes a lot of problems.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In my time fees was less but nowdays fees structure is little more expensive and is given semester wise. nowdays aproxx. 250000 is the fee structure per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

That i dont know but think that the college provide the some money to the Sc, St and OBc's. As this is a govt institution the govt provide all the facilities that a person can avail if he comes in previlage class

Campus Life

4.5

Good but not so advance because of the area and the people surrounded or living. The gujjars make the enviorement very bad and the gunda gardi is way too much

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facility is good they provide gaming facilities like TT tables, cricket ground and a garden for running and sitting around but mess food is not that good.

Alumni/Alumna

Every year alumni take place and all seniors and juniors had a great time. The juniors learn a lot about a senior and make the good out that experience

Exam Structure

Good, the exam structure is once in a year one internal and one external but nowdays semester system is there. one internal and one external per semester

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all, this is a government university with low fees, but the faculties were amazing, I choose my course because I want a B.sc degree for approval of a license. The student ratio is nice not so crowdy not so boring. The teaching method was so polite students were asked what they want to ask and the teacher replied to every one of them. Semester-wise exam. Not so difficult to pass.

Admission:

My parents advised me to apply for this college. Cut-offs are often higher as toppers are attracted by this college. I registered using the epravesh website of the MP Government. It was an easy process. After that, I have to get my documents verified at the nearest help center which was in my town itself. After verification, I had to wait for the list to be announced. This is also a completely online process. After you get to know that you are selected, you have to download the call letter and then go to college.
