It is a well established private college.Its a self financed institute managed and run by SRMS trust, bareilly. It was founded in 1996. It is affiliated to APJ Abdul kalam technical university, lucknow. 15% seats are reserved for management quota. Chairman of the college is Dev Murti.

B.tech. in electrical and electronics, mechanical, electronics and comm., computer science, information technology are available. MBA general, human resource management, marketing, finance are also available.

The placemnt statistics are average. Companies like TCS, cognizant, nucleus software, nagarro software, daffodil software visit the campus for recruitment. Job opportunities are in the field of science and technology. There is an active training and placement cell which looks after the placements.

B.tech. fee is about 1.14 lakhs per annum course duration is of 4 years. M.tech. fee is about 1.2 lakhs per annum course duration is of 2 years. MBA fee is about 1.2 lakhs per annum course duration is of 2 years.

Various days like sports day, yoga day, teacher's day are celebrated every year. There are clubs which organize various events throughout the year. Labs are properly maintained. Most of the students are from uttar pradesh.

I had given UPSEE examination and got admission in this college through counselling process. The admission process is smooth. One has to show all the intermediate certificates and marksheet to complete the admission process.

The faculty members are cooperative and helpful. They are well qualified in their respective fields. Counsellings and doubt sessions are held from time to time. They also help the students to prepare for placements.
