Chahat Patel's Review On KMP Polytechnic-[KMPPT], Ernakulam

My course was for a period of 4 holding a full-time undergraduate diploma course. It is further divided into 8 semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of 6 months. The program consists of subjects like Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Manufacturing Methods etc.

The institute provides a placement cell for the students who pass out besides collaborating with leading organizations. Many reputed organizations including the MNCs visit the institute for campus recruitment.

The course fee is not at all expensive and worth paying looking into the facilities they provide. The grand total of my course fee which was supposed to be paid yearly was INR 58,333 including the tuition fees and other fees.

The institute promotes various activities such as Career guidance, Continuing education and Extension, Arts and sports club, Students union, Staff Welfare Association etc. It also provides excellent facilities which includes Transportation, Computer Lab, a huge seminar hall, Anti Ragging Cell, a huge library etc.

I got admission in this institute by filling the online application form available on the internet. The eligibility of this course is passing of your (10+2) examination with at least 50% marks in chemistry, physics and mathematics from any recognized Board.

The faculty of the institute is really good and helpful. The teachers and professors in the institution are very amiable too. The faculty helps in generating and preserving knowledge within the students. They help in training the students to get leadership qualities in a complex world.
