Our college provides a wide infrastructure for the students. The campus consist of library facilities, sports facilities and Bank facilities. Our college is a well known college with a well known hospital which is associated with it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of bachelors of ayurveda medicine and surgery is of 4 years. The course curriculum is highly based on detailed knowledge about ayurvedic medicines. There are many different department available in the college and also there are many different streams.
Placement Experience
Very good employment opportunities are available at our college because the college also operate a hospital. Many of the students get good employment opportunities in the hospital which is associated with the college. Also, after completing your 4 year course of bachelors in ayurvedic medicine you also get a one year internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the course is as follows- in the first three years, you have to pay sum of rupees 28590 and in the last year you have to pay a sum of rupees 42885. The grand total of the program will be approximately 1.3 lakh rupees.
Campus Life
There are good sports facilities provided at our college. There are indoor sports facilities for carrom, chess, table tennis and in outdoor you can play football, throw ball, cricket, athletics. In our college there are occasionally seminars and other events to boost the moral of the students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities in our college are very good. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostel has a facility for sharing the rooms between two or three students as per the desire. Each room is well equipped with furniture. In the hostel there is a prayer room, bathroom, sick room and also sports facilities. The hostel have a capacity of 200 plus students. Hygienic food is also served at the hostel building.
Admission
You can fill the admission form online and offline as per your desire. The online form is available at the official website of the college. When you will submit the admission form at the campus of the college you have to give a demand draft of rupees 500 payable to SDM College of ayurveda. The eligibility criteria is to first pass your class 12th examination and get a 50% off marks in the subjects like physics, chemistry and biology.
Faculty
The professors who are teaching us the detailed aspect of the ayurvedic medicine are very kind hearted and they are always ready to help the students if any need arises. The teachers are very valuable because they help us in getting good academic result.
