The course is 3 years long, having 6 semesters and focuses on the main and core subjects of commerce like Economics, Accountancy, Finance, Business Mathematics, Bookkeeping, along with many others aspects of commerce.

Placement Experience

The placement offered by the college are in companies like IBM, Infosys, Genpact, NTPC, Mahindra and Mahindra and many such companies visit the campus. The college does not provide any internship opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fees for the first year is 20,500 and for the rest of the two years it costs 19,000 each year.This makes it a total expenditure of 58,500 for the 3 year degree, making it a feasible and affordable option.

Campus Life

The college has adequate IT labs and connectivity services along with labs for B.E or B.tech students which are domain specific. There are appropriate sports facilities along with an open gym for the regular fitness of the students.

Admission

The college accepts admission from the students from any stream in their 12th class from a recognised board. The admission takes place on the basis of their merit in class 12th and the norms set by the university.

Faculty

The college has a team of 35 faculty members who are well experienced and helpful and have good institutional backgrounds with degrees like M.Tech,MBA,M.Coms and P.Hds. They guide the students very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The real world exposture is zero, no industrial visits and no presentation and no modern teaching methods are provided and adapted. For this field atleast modern teaching methods should be adapted. Teachers should work more on giving practical knowledge, more internship opportunities should be provided. Industrial visits should be increased. Preparation for Group disscussion and interview shold start.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've chosen this course as this is an honors degree also I am from a commerce background. And I want to know about all the concepts of commerce and the economy. There is a Concise curriculum for this course. Faculty to the student is quite less as it is a private university Faculties are changed regularly. And. In their place, a visiting faculty pursuing a master's or Ph.D. is engaged to cover up the syllabus until and unless any assistant professor joins the university. So that was the lack that was where we were lacking in the 5th semester.

Remarks:

Amity is improving from year to year. We faced some problems there but now everything has improved so much. They have proper faculties now. Also they have guest faculties for some subjects. A specialized teacher for an important subject.
