Business and Management College in Bengaluru

Overall the syllabus is as per the demand of a business course. I opted for the college and the program because it offers a diploma exit after completion of the first year.

The course curriculum is in line with the AICTE design course curriculum. Exams are held in a semester-wise manner between mid-tests. Theory and practical exams both are held as a part of the end semester examination. The college offers a diploma program for students who want to exit the course after 1 year.

The placement rate in our college is very good as a good number of companies visit every year for campus placement. Many of my seniors have got placed in firms with good packages. In terms of internship, one has to obtain an internship certificate on their own as college is not providing any internship from its side. One can easily get an internship based on the reputation of the college.

The fee of the college is in line with any private b-school. one has to pay around 5 to 6 lacs for two years MBA program in the college. the fee for the first year stands at around 3 lacs. Since the amount is high one can also apply for financial assistance in face of loans or scholarships. The fees are though less than that of IIMs.

The scholarship is offered by the Karnataka state government to meritorious students. Central Government also offers scholarships to students through the National Scholarship Portal. The college of so offers concession to the meritorious student in the fee. The facility of educational loan can be availed by any student from the private sector or a public sector bank. I applied for an educational loan from Punjab National Bank.

The college has overall good facilities and infrastructure. Smart classrooms and well-equipped practical labs are there. In terms of extracurricular activities, the college has some groups like cultural and sports groups. Events like annual fest, sports meet, and regular business workshops are organized.

I want to pursue an MBA course so I sat for the CAT examination. Based on my CAT score I applied to the college as this is one of the popular colleges in the state of Karnataka. I was called for an interview and GD round. On qualifying for the interview and GD round I was granted admission to the MBA program of the college.

The faculty of our college is very well experienced. Most of the teachers have Ph D. in their respective domain. They also have a very good knowledge of marketing stocks and economics. They guide us to learn and grasp things in a practical way rather than going for just memorizing things. Apart from the regular class timing, they are open to clearing our doubts after the classes well.
