Course Curriculum Overview
The main objective of the curriculum is to get the students to be knowledgeable and make sure that they are industry-ready. Therefore, the course is aimed at improving both the theoretical and practical knowledge of the students.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are very good. More than 50% of the students have been placed last year in leading companies like TCS, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. The highest salary in the placement was 10 lakhs pa. More than 34 core companies participated in the placement activity.
College Events
The college celebrates freshers day and other national days too. There are regular paper presentations, industrial visits and seminars. Cultural and sport events are also conducted every year. Students participate in many inter-college festivals too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total course fee is 2.1 lakhs. The course fee was moderate for the facilities offered by the college. Even though the fee was little on the expensive side, the college provides transport facilities to where I live.
Campus Life
The college has a fully equipped indoor activity center. There is also all kinds of outdoor games such as football, volley ball, badminton, kabbadi and cricket. There is also gym for the students. The college conduits summer sports camps for students too.
Admission
I got admission via TNEA rank list. Applied on the TNEA website and after my 12th marks were available a merit list as released and i was offered this college via the counselling process. Students get admission based on the admission scores set by each college.
Faculty
Some teachers have indepth knowledge about the subject. The quality of teaching is good overall. The course prepares the students for corporate world. Other than teachers lot of reference books must be picked up for studying and developing the knowledge.
