The Varanasi College of Pharmacy is the only premiere private technical institution offering B. Pharm is at present affiliated to Uttar PradeshTechnical University (UPTU). The course offered by the UPTU is very much an topic oriented course where the curriculum focuses on in depth knowledge of the topic as well as enough practical sessions to have a clearer idea of what is being taught.Also the exam periods are very ordered to prevent clashes in schedules and to not cause any stress.

Fee Structure And Facilities
For the B.Pharma course offered in the college , it is seen that the entire course fees for four years sums up to about 1.97 lakhs which is a feasible amount to be paid compared to the higher fee rates asked for the same course in other colleges with lesser facilities. Yearly fees approximates to about 50,000 rupees which includes most of the lab and classroom facilities .

Being a newly infrastructure college , the hostel rooms are seen to be clean and comfortable. The rooms are mostly shared ones with rooms of 3 , 4 and even dorms of 6. The average rentals of these rooms varies from 4000 to 6000 rupees a month including the food. The food provided in these hostels are seen to be very good too.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni of the college are very sincere towards the college and help the college in many ways. The seniors present in the college are seen to be very friendly and helpful. Different programs are held in the college , which are entirely organized and held by the previous alumni of the college.
Admission
To get admitted into this college, one has to take up the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance exam (UPSEE) . This is an exam conducted by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University for admissions to various UG and PG courses. The admission process and the cutoff marks set here is seen to be a very valued one and hence being able to crack the UPSEE and opt for the B.Pharma course in this college is what attracts the students to applying for this course.
Faculty
The college has a wide range of highly educated and experienced faculty who have had experience teaching the course both inside and outside India. It can be seen that almost the entire faculty is educated to the basic levels of M.Pharm and some even excelling in the Ph.D's.
