The course curriculum covers the important concepts for electrical and electrnocis engineering. Exams are conducted based on the semester pattern and the college follows the syllabus set by Anna University.

The college has a placement cell which takes care of placement activities. The main objective of the placement cell is to help students develop necessary skills to become employable graduates. They also try to place students in jobs that are closely related to the core subject the student is studying.

The course fee is a little bit on the expensive side. The overall course fee is around 5 lakhs spread across six semesters. There are also many facilities offered by the college to compensate for the high course fee.

Laboratories are well equipped with latest computers and other appatrus needed for performing the experiments. The college conducts many event such as cultural events , Guest lectures , industrial visits etc.

The college has very good infrastructure facilities with a conference hall,auditorium and laboratories for students. The hostel has excellent facilities and has a secure building for students. There is a mess providing nutritional and hygienic food to all students.

After my 12th board exams, i registered for the TNEA which is the entrance for engineering admissions. After my results, I was assigned a ranking and counselling was conducted. I selected this college as it was close to home.

The faculty have very good experience and subject knowledge. Most of them regularly present papers and attend conferences across the country in their respective fields. Faculty also encourage students to pursue research and provide guidance on the same.
