Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is in line with the AICTE defined guidelines and the UGC defined parameters. The whole course is divided into semester wise system. Exams are held in a semester wise manner that is 2 semesters in a single year of study. Before the end semester examination evaluations are done through unit tests and mid-semester tests. the two semesters are named as the odd semester and even semester.

Placement Experience

3

In terms of placement the college is nice. Good number of companies visit the college for campus placement. However not everyone get the desire placement from the campus placement offers. most of our seniors have got placement offers in good firm on their own effort that is through off campus placements. In terms of internship the college doesn't guarantee anything and one is on his own to perform or get the internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of the college is not too much hefty like other private Engineering colleges in the state. The total fee for 4 years stands at around rupees 2 lacs to 3 lacs. That is on an average it costs around 55, 000 per year. If someone found this amount hefty then there are financial assistance available in face of loans and scholarship.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tamil Nadu State Government extends scholarship to the student from reserved categories and students from the economically weaker section of the society provided that they are the domicile of the state. The central government also offers scholarship through its national scholarship portal program. Apart from the scholarships educational loans are offered by the private and public sector banks on showing of the addmission letter from the college.

Campus Life

4

The college has a good 25 acres campus in which events are organised like sports meet, annual fest, cultural programs etc. Infrastructure wise our college is very good and I can say that the infrastructure of labs is quite sufficient and is in line with the AICTE guidelines.

Admission

I got the admission in the college based on my score in the state level Engineering entrance examination that is TNEA. However preference is given to the score of JEE Main exam, that is the one who has given JEE main examination can also get admission in the college without taking the state entrance examination. I got the college in the second round of counselling and I opted for the college because this was the best college in my district for engineering.

Faculty

3.5

As per my observation I can say that the faculty in our college is very experienced. Processor have vast knowledge of the subject and know how to make things easier for students to learn. They also help us in practical part of the subject by making us know the things in a manner such that the applicability is made understood.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum behind or campus is very much updated and it is changing as the technology changes. As the present world is engaging with computer and artificial intelligence,I want to improve more knowledge and also want to compete with others. The time table and the devlopment technology followed by our university is devoloped so that only placement are recorded with high percentage when compared to other. The improvement should be observed only regarding labs.We have write examination for every 30 or 40 days , because there are 3 internal test ,semester and lab exams.Actually time is not sufficient but we have to do hardwork.when compared to other universities or colleges our exams arebwry hard.

Curriculum is not suitable for real world applications and exams are conducting simultaneously every 20 days.We have to study every single minute for getting good CGPA . Our curriculum is very tough to study and it increases the thinking power of students.
