Civil engineering at EIT

Civil engineering at (EIT) follows semester system and has a duration of 4 years. There course structure is very good and focuses on a lot of research and practicals. The days are generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

The institution aims at Value based higher education. There is the department of placement. EIT provides with great opportunities to its students. There are internships for  the students to grow. They also provide with jobs and placements. Many firms like wipro,HCL come and recruit the students. Many students take part in the placement programme.

The fee structure of EIT for civil engineering is around 1 lakh 70 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the needs and demand of the course in the growing industry. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

EIT is very good in its extracurricular activities. They enrich their students and focuses on overall development of the students. They have various sports activities like football, basketball and so on. They also organize cultural functions like fest and fates in which many other institutions take part and students get abundant exposure.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination or Examinations recognized as equivalent, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. The students will have to give the entrance exam for the admission and based on their merit they will be selected.

The faculty of the institution is very good. They are well qualified and trained with a great experience. They have good command over their respective subjects. They also encourage students in every possible way and help them when they need.
