Remarks

Our college has a very good campus and is set up in a very good location. The infrastructure facilities are really good which makes it one of the best commerce college in Maharashtra. Many students seek admission here from outside as well but due to no hostel facilities they might not be able to apply.

the Bachelors of Commerce course at our college is a very easily handled degree overall with the main objective to train the students in the field of commerce in all the aspects. We are taught basic and complex concepts too, which makes it easy for us to get a hang of the subject.

College Events

Sports is said to be an integral part of our events. The annual sports meet in our college campus hosts any tournaments on various sports like cricket, badminton, handball etc. Students winning in these games are rewarded with prizes by the hands of the dean of the college.

Campus Life

Our campus has a good internet connectivity and WiFi is available for all the students who register for this facility. There is a computer lab which has been used for practicals purpose. A library helps the students to refer to many books and study.Overall the extracurricular activities also include some industrial visits, educational tours and recreational annual trips.

Admission

We had to fill out an application form and an admission form for the college. The students need to have a commerce background to get admission in this college for any commerce course. The admission form is evaluated thoroughly and then the students are selected based on who fits the eligibility criteria the best.

Faculty

We have got some really qualified and extremely talented, intelligent and humble teachers and professors on board.Our faculty is definitely doing a great job at teaching because of their experience. They are really supportive and considerate towards all the students, let it be weak or the brightest student. They are ever ready to solve our doubts and help us.

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

College: A fun Place

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well as a ca student i chose this degree as to complete my graduation. The course contains various subjects that are practically used and are pragmatic like accounting,finance,etc. The exams are held twice(as semesters) and there is a final exam at the end of every semester.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
